Tax rules and administrative practice in Kenya and South Sudan change often. We keep track of those changes so you don’t have to, and we make sure your filings are accurate, complete and on time.

When a revenue authority raises an assessment, we review it line by line against the law and your records, and prepare a clear, well-supported response.

Frequently Asked Questions

We received an assessment we disagree with. What should we do?

Act quickly, because objections must be lodged within deadlines set in law. Send us the assessment and your supporting records, and we will review it and advise on the best response.

Are NGOs exempt from tax?

Many NGOs receive exemptions on some taxes, but most still have obligations, such as withholding PIT on staff salaries and withholding tax on certain payments. The exact position depends on your registration and agreements, which we can review for you.

Can you file on our behalf every month?

Yes. Many clients use our monthly compliance service, in which we prepare and file returns and remind you of payment deadlines.
