Our audits are planned around the risks that matter most to your organisation. We test what is significant, communicate as we go, and finish with a clear report and a management letter that helps you strengthen your systems.

Every engagement is carried out in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and, where applicable, the specific terms of reference set by your donor or funding partner.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does an audit take?

It depends on the size of the organisation and how ready the records are. We agree a timetable with you at the start, covering planning, fieldwork, the draft report and the final report, and we keep to it.

What documents will you need?

Typically the trial balance, general ledger, bank statements and reconciliations, grant agreements, payment vouchers, payroll records and the fixed asset register. We send a tailored request list during planning.

Can you follow our donor’s terms of reference?

Yes. We read the terms of reference and grant agreement before planning, and we structure our procedures and reports to meet the donor’s format and requirements.

Ready to Talk About Your Needs?

Send us your terms of reference or a short description of what you need, and we’ll reply with a proposal and fee estimate.
